The Solution

The project scope was comprehensive, covering every aspect of the relocation from meticulous planning to seamless execution. Our proprietary RIGS (Reliable Inventory Gathering System) app played a crucial role in this project.

This in-house designed data collection app enables the precise collection, verification, and storage of inventory items, critical spares, and assets. The app was configured to track the real-time movement of items from the old facility to the new one, providing continuous updates to a dashboard accessible to all stakeholders. This ensured everyone was informed with real-time updates throughout the project, enhancing transparency and coordination.

Thanks to our advanced inventory management system, we were able to quickly pinpoint the exact location of each item, including the specific truck and box it was stored in. All items were located with zero time lost, ensuring continuous operations and significantly reducing downtime for the customer. This rapid identification ensured a smooth and efficient transition.
